I brought my DB9 in with a very hard to trace hydraulic cavitation noise which required a partial rebuild to address. The boys did an amazingly though job of stripping the car and were excellent at highlighting sensible items to address at the same time – the fabled exhaust manifolds where also upgraded. Upon rebuild of the car just as the car was being loaded onto the transporter after testing seemed to have eradicated the problem the dreaded noise resurfaced…

I cannot fault the gents for what happened next.. After a conference amongst themselves they concluded that a casting burr in the oil galleries was the prime suspect… Which would require a full and much more expensive rebuild.. The boys refused to let me have the car back until they were satisfied that the job had been done. The waved the fee for the full rebuild and charged me only for the work to remove the bur.. And while they were at it worked a bit of GT3 magic on the internals – new connecting rods et al… Before returning the car to its unsuspecting punter…

I started the Aston unaware… The cavitation noise was gone and it sounded a lot better… But the difference on the road was nothing short of astounding… It was like an entirely new car..

Since then I have used the guys extensively for work and minor upgrades – like their superb crystal buttons. Highly recommended!!”
